schools enrichment

Does your school want to offer more opportunities for young females to thrive?

We work with infant, primary and secondary schools to deliver in-school dance workshops and after-school clubs, providing free opportunities for young females to take part. Our sessions create inclusive, supportive spaces where young people can build confidence, express themselves and experience the benefits of movement.

Too many young females face barriers to physical activity during adolescence. Fear of judgment, low confidence, safety concerns and the cost of accessing activities can prevent young people from experiencing the physical, social and mental health benefits of movement. Through our work with schools, we aim to break down these barriers and make dance and movement more accessible to young females.

How we're making a difference

Through our Schools Enrichment programme, we work with local schools to create positive, accessible opportunities for young females to engage with dance and movement.

Our work includes free in-school workshops, after-school clubs, targeted projects for young carers and volunteering placements through the Duke of Edinburgh's Award scheme. By reaching young people who may not access traditional youth services, we aim to build confidence, strengthen connections and support wellbeing through movement.
